Face yoga is a method dedicated to the proper use of all the different face muscles, to both firm them up and relax them. This method is ideal to increase blood circulation around the head region which will help better fight fatigue, headaches, and other tensions accumulated at work.
Indeed, the workplace often causes tensions in the shoulders and neck due to time spent focusing while sitting or standing, time spent on the phone, or in front of a computer.
Fancy a different lunch break?
One hour of facial yoga will allow you to relax, without having to change clothing or bring back a lot of equipment (a yoga mat is always useful).
The hour of facial yoga breaks down as follows:
• 20 min of warm-up combining Tai-Chi and Qi-Gong techniques,
• 20 to 30 min of facial yoga with a moment of relaxation to end the session
• 10 min of concrete questions about the conscious practice of yoga in everyday life. An opportunity to deepen the experience through collective reflection.
Where and when to participate in a facial yoga session?
Sessions are held in front of the Pescator House near the Grand Duke's Tree between noon and 1 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays!
How much for participation?
